The second day of Siemens PLM Connection always seems to be the busiest. At one point during the day, there were 5 simultaneous NX Sessions. (I wish there was a way to “TIVO” the sessions ).
The day kicked off with an excellent presentation by Lockheed Martin on the F-35.

The day continued with sessions on:
• Modular Design in NX
• NX Validation
• Design Productivity
• NX Routing
• Synchronous Modeling (See my previous Blog entry “Synchronous Modeling Considered”)
• Feature based machining
• Validation and Interrogation
• Teamcenter inside NX
• Large Assembly Modeling (NX can handle larger Assemblies that just about any other system)
• Knowledge Capture, Reuse & management
• Drafting (Yes, drafting is still important )
• Collaboration
and More…

I counted 29 NX sessions, just on Tuesday.
