On Tuesday Stephen Samuel of Design Visionaries, presented to attendees at PLM Connections 2009. He spoke about Siemens Synchronous Technology in NX.
Stephen outlined some of the advantages of Synchronous Technology in History mode and History-free mode.
His conclusions are:
- Synchronous modeling is a fantastic “new” tool that can be used through out the design process.
- Many people in many companies are afraid of it and don’t fully understand it.
- Many others use it to their great advantage.
- It’s use requires a fresh look at your design processes with custom training for your user community.
